The shortest path to initialize a project and start it as an Agent

If you just want to turn a project into an agent quickly, follow this path first:

studio agent create .
studio agent start
studio agent chat

If those three steps all work, the full Agent documentation becomes much easier to absorb because you already have the basic runtime intuition.
