Recover Chat Runtime
Recommended recovery order when the Agent starts but chat entry points do not respond
Recover Chat Runtime
If the agent itself can start but chat entry points do not respond, check these first:
- whether the agent is
running - whether the channel is enabled
- whether
channelAccountIdis valid - whether the agent was restarted after the last change
Common recovery sequence:
studio agent status
studio agent restartIf it still does not work, continue by checking:
- model binding
channelAccountId- whether the message really reached the target agent
